San Francisco Investor Sells ±142,000 SF Building in Hayward
Oakland, Calif. – March 28, 2012 – Colliers International announced today the sale of a ±142,372 square foot manufacturing, warehouse/distribution building situated on ±6.39 acres and located at 2230 Davis Court, Hayward. Frase Enterprises, Inc., dba Kortick Manufacturing, acquired the facility for an undisclosed amount from Lowenberg Associates, L.P., a San Francisco based investment firm. Kortick Manufacturing currently occupies ±81,754 square feet of the facility and a ±33,756 square foot portion of the building is currently being leased by Kordon, LLC. The building was built in 1984 and Lowenberg acquired the property in 1996 from Equitable Life Assurance Company.
