HERCULES, Calif. (July 16, 2020) – Legacy Partners (“Legacy”), a privately-held national real estate firm, announced today the start of leasing at The Exchange at Bayfront in the East Bay city of Hercules. The Exchange and the Hercules Bayfront Master Plan are developments of Ledcor Development LP and will be professionally managed by Legacy. The Exchange, a 172-residence community on 2.2 acres, broke ground in Fall 2018 and is the first delivery in a multi-phase transit-oriented project on the 42 acres along the Hercules Bayfront.
