A 322,560-square-foot warehouse on Shideler Parkway in Lathrop is the lone California asset in an eight-building national portfolio just recapitalized with $213 million in cross-collateralized debt from PGIM Real Estate, landing in a Central Valley market where vacancy has started to fall and quarterly leasing nearly doubled.
