SAN JOSE, CALIF.– Irvine Company Apartment Communities today announced pre-leasing activity for the newest phase of its River View Apartment Homes in North San Jose.
The community offers resort-style amenities and close proximity to work and retail centers, restaurants, recreation areas and a light-rail stop, providing residents with a walkable contemporary city lifestyle.

River View apartment homes are designed for a combination of living needs and budgets with rents ranging from $2,170 to $3,690. The apartment homes vary from 560 square feet for a studio to up to 1,201 square feet for a two-bedroom, two bath.
The first phase of River View, which included 350 homes, opened in 2014. It has drawn a mix of young and seasoned professionals, empty-nesters and others looking for well-appointed homes with luxurious amenities and a convenient lifestyle.
The neighborhood public park, located right across the street, offers a variety of different amenities for the residents of River View.
