Founded in the East Bay on May 12, 1982, by union carpenter, construction manager and developer Bill Peacock, Peacock Construction was built on three core principles: creating long term partnerships, finding innovative solutions and being solid and reliable. In 1990 the firm expanded into San Francisco and quickly became known for its expertise in both tenant and capital improvements as well as healthcare facilities and life sciences, which are highly technical areas with strict operating guidelines. In 2012, Peacock proudly handed the reigns of the company over to his son, Kyle who took over as CEO, and continues to foster the values his father embodied in the company culture.
Over the years, fidelity to their core principles has resulted in a competitive advantage that has allowed the firm to grow and build long-term, trusted partnerships with an impressive roster of top-tier clients.
