Aria Networks, the AI data center networking startup that closed a $125 million Series A round in April, has leased 35,233 square feet at 400 W California Avenue in Sunnyvale, taking nearly an entire Class A building in the submarket that drove more than half of Silicon Valley's third-quarter office leasing.
