San Francisco tenants signed 3.9 million square feet of office leases in the third quarter of 2026, pushing year-to-date volume to 12.1 million square feet and availability down 640 basis points from a year earlier as AI firms and a growing roster of large requirements tilt pricing power back toward landlords, according to Savills.
