Global Net Lease picked up a 106,592-square-foot Rancho Cordova building leased to California's Office of Emergency Services from Modiv Industrial for $23.61 million in the third quarter, the same quarter it closed its $535 million takeover of Modiv and also inherited the seller's Labcorp lab in San Carlos.
