Every Home Sold in Danville Single-Family Home Community

San Ramon, Calif. (July 7, 2020) – Landsea Homes announced today that Abigail Place in Danville has completely sold out,  less than one year after homes first became available.

“Homebuyers strongly responded to Abigail Place,  especially the exceptional planning, unmatched attention to detail and best in class homes offered in the community,” said Josh Santos, Northern California division president, Landsea Homes. “The swiftness with which the community sold out validates all of our visions for this special location, and we’re excited for the buyers who’ve chosen to make Abigail Place their home.”

Located along Old Blackhawk Road and Camino Tassajara in Danville, Abigail Place consisted of 17 single-family homes that offer three to five bedrooms and vary from 2,954 to 3,443 square feet. The community is close to Blackhawk Plaza, which offers an exclusive mix of local, regional and national shops and restaurants in a beautiful waterfront setting, and students attend the heralded San Ramon Valley Unified School District, one of the highest-achieving school districts in California.

Landsea Homes specializes in creating highly desirable master-planned communities in prime locations where homebuyers integrate into the surrounding communities. The rapid sales of the Northern California homes by savvy buyers is a response to the region’s high demand for modern, quality housing with a desired price point in one of California’s growing submarkets.

In 2020, Landsea Homes has also sold out The Vale in Sunnyvale; Siena in Milpitas and Stoneyridge in Walnut Creek. All three of those communities sold out less than 30 months after they first became available.

“Landsea Homes builds a variety of homes that fit the diverse wants and needs of today’s homebuyers, and we look forward to providing their dream home for the remainder of 2020,” added Josh.

Two other Landsea Northern California communities are currently available, including Skylark at Sanctuary Village in Newark and Catalina in Santa Clara. Coming soon, Relevae at Wilder in Orinda will also be available to new homebuyers.
