Sonoma-based A&C Ventures has filed two SB 330 preliminary applications to replace a shuttered bank branch, a vacant former deli and two surface lots along Tiburon Boulevard with 127 rental homes, 20 of them deed-restricted for lower-income households, in a town that has not added new deed-restricted affordable housing since 2002.
