ACEC California Appoints Kelly J. Garman as Legislative Advocate

SACRAMENTO, CA– The American Council of Engineering Companies of California (ACEC California), the association representing professional engineers and surveyors dedicated to building a better California, has announced the appointment of Kelly J. Garman as its Legislative Advocate.  She will be based in the association’s Sacramento headquarters.

Kelly+GarmanPrior to joining ACEC California, Kelly served four and a half years as Legislative Director for State Senate minority leader Bob Huff (R-Diamond Bar).  Kelly has worked on legislative issues in the State Capitol for more than 10 years while representing multiple state legislators.   Kelly holds a B.A. in Social Science and Political Science from Biola University in La Mirada, Calif, where she graduated cum laude.
