AEI Expands Its Presence In The Northwest

NORTHERN, CA – AEI Consultants, an industry leader in environmental and engineering services, is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Christine Velasquez, as Senior Business Development Manager.  Ms. Velasquez will be responsible for developing and building client relationships throughout Northern California.

Ms. Velasquez comes to AEI with 15 years of experience in business and community development, retail real estate, project management and marketing. She worked strategically with national and regional developers, retail chains, major brokerage firms and real estate representatives on new developments through her experiences working at the San Jose Redevelopment Agency as a Senior Development Officer.  Ms. Velasquez was also involved in navigating and expediting development projects through the entitlement process along with managing retention programs to maintain the viability of existing businesses. She is an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) – Silicon Valley Chapter. “Christine’s experience in redevelopment and retail projects provides a great connection to the commercial real estate community, and we are excited to have her on our team in San Jose to serve client needs throughout Northern California,” said AEI’s President, Holly Neber.
