AlfaTech Bolsters San Francisco Presence with New Managing Partner, Saied Nazeri, PE, CPD, LEED AP BD+C

August 17, 2016, San Francisco — AlfaTech is pleased to welcome Saied Nazeri as a new Managing Partner in its San Francisco office.


Mr. Nazeri comes to AlfaTech after 25 years with WSP, where he most recently served as the HVAC and Plumbing/Fire Protection department head, managed the day-to-day functions of the department, and oversaw projects as project director. He also provided technical training and conducted seminars on project management. He brings over 30 years of domestic and international experience in the design of HVAC systems, and has worked on a multitude of building types, including mixed-use, corporate, commercial, residential, hospitality, education, museum and cultural, civic, government, retail and data centers. He is also a published author, having written an article in Building Operating Management Magazine called “High Performance High Rise: The HVAC System at 350 Mission.”

Mr. Nazeri provides a high level of technical expertise in his projects. He is actively involved in the analysis and implementation of high performance systems using low energy, innovative and sustainable technologies. His design oversight includes energy and operating cost studies, HVAC system selection, quality control, commissioning and fire life safety/smoke control testing. Some of his more notable clients include VISA, Golden One Credit Union, TransAmerica Corp., Citibank, Autodesk, JP Morgan Chase, and others.
