SAN FRANCISCO, (March 19, 2012) – TMG Partners, one of the San Francisco Bay Area’s largest full service real estate and management companies, today announced an addition to the firm’s development team—tenured San Francisco Redevelopment Agency veteran Amy Neches.

Amy joins TMG Partners as a Partner and brings more than 30 years of real estate and finance experience. Neches worked for 17 years with the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency as a senior real estate negotiator and project manager. “TMG has long been one of the most active and forward-thinking developers in the area,” said Neches. “I’m looking forward to helping them identify and manage a strong pipeline of future projects.”

Prior to her work with TMG and the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency, Neches held positions in real estate lending and affordable housing development in San Francisco, as well as six years in investment banking in New York, concentrating in mortgage and asset-backed securities. She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and a master’s in business administration from Yale University.
