Arden By Bosa Celebrates Grand Opening Sales Success

100 Units Sold in First Three Weeks

San Francisco – June 27, 2014 – Arden has sold 100 residences since launching sales on May 31, announced Bosa Development, the developer of the new residential condominium in the heart of Mission Bay.

“Building on its enormous success with condominium projects in Mission Bay, Bosa is introducing its most luxurious new development yet,” stated Alan P. Mark, president and founding partner of The Mark Company, the broker of record for Arden.

Located at the shoreline of Mission Creek, Arden offers 267 waterside high-rise homes set against a walkable, livable urban village.  It is close to AT&T Park, the home of the San Francisco Giants, with easy access to freeways, Bart and Caltrain.

Designed by Chris Dikeakos Architecture, the building includes 17 one-bedroom residences, 205 two-bedrooms, and 45 three-bedroom homes. Residences range from approximately 730 square feet to 2,300 square feet.  Estimated completion for construction is scheduled for fall 2015.

“Arden’s unique architecture was inspired by the natural surroundings of Mission Creek and the waterfront heritage of Mission Bay,” noted Nat Bosa, President of Bosa Development.  “Inside, the homes balance the modernity of clean lines, natural palettes and sleek appliances with the warmth of wood floors, natural stone and an abundance of light and views, creating a mood of contemporary comfort.”

Building amenities include one-to-one parking, two attended lobbies, a hotel inspired fireside lounge, 75-foot rooftop with lap pool and spa, double height fitness studio, and an expansive outdoor wood deck with views of the city.  There will also be a social lounge with entertaining, community kitchen and billiards, a beautifully landscaped fifth floor terrace, open air grilling and dining area, and onsite storage for each residence.

Interior amenities include Thermador appliances, CaesarStone kitchen countertops with mosaic tile backsplashes, sleek modern cabinetry, designer Grohe faucets and fixtures, hardwood floors with plush carpeting in bedrooms, and CaesarStone bathroom countertops.  Each residence also features a full size Whirlpool washer and dryer, walk-in closets, controlled energy efficient heating and air conditioning, and private tiled balconies and terraces.

This is the third building being developed by Bosa in Mission Bay, San Francisco.  Madrone, one of San Francisco’s most successful projects in more than a decade, sold out in 2013 and helped transform the up-and-coming neighborhood.  Radiance at Mission Bay sold out in 2009 and was the first Bosa development to be built in San Francisco.
