Atlanta firm sky design opens San Francisco Office

sky design was established in 1990 as an offshoot of the national architecture/interiors firm, ASD, to seamlessly provide signage, graphics, and branding services. They quickly evolved into a multi-disciplinary design firm that provides architectural signage, branding, wayfinding, graphic design and exhibit design to a variety of their own clients.

With clients like Coca-Cola Enterprises, Diamond Foods, United Way, Aol., Glu Mobile and the Shorenstein Company; and recent projects that include the re-branding of the national restaurant chain Hooters, sky design’s business model has been so successful it recently became necessary for them to expand.  A San Francisco-office was established earlier this year to better serve sky’s west coast clients.

AnnaL_headshotAnna Lai was selected to head up sky design’s newly-minted San Francisco office. With over twenty years of experience providing multi-disciplinary design, Anna’s resume includes positions with architecture and engineering firms as well as Graphic Design studios.  She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communications from the National Taiwan University of Arts, and most recently served as Director of Graphic Design for a San Francisco architecture firm. She has a wide breadth of clients ranging from universities to municipalities and technology corporations.

JHAnother recent addition to sky design’s San Francisco branch includes designer Jenny Huang.  She is a graduate of the University of Texas–Austin School of Architecture with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design. Jenny has been working as an Environmental Graphic Designer for a San Francisco architecture firm for the past several years.
