EMERYVILLE, Calif. – Balfour Beatty Construction has appointed David Holland as project executive in the company’s Northern California Division. With over 25 years of experience and expertise in preconstruction, operations and risk management, Holland joins Balfour Beatty as the company continues to grow in Northern California.
With deep knowledge of the complex project types that Balfour Beatty pursues and builds in the market, Holland’s experience includes direct management of over 18 projects with a combined value of approximately $1.7 billion. In this role, Holland’s primary focus is on high-rise residential and office construction from project pursuit through project completion.
Prior to joining Balfour Beatty, Holland worked for Turner Construction in Southern California. He is actively involved in industry organizations, including the Associated General Contractors of America, ACE Mentorship Program, Construction Management Association of America and Design-Build Institute of America. Holland has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Cincinnati.
