The property is managed by Geomax and it was leased to Bay Area Seafood, a distributor in meat and seafood. Bay Area Seafood products include white shrimp, tilapia, salmon, octopus, red snapper, catfish, crab, black tiger shrimp, and freshwater prawn. Bay Area Seafood distributes to Northern, Central, and Southern California. Their Market includes but is not limited to supermarkets, restaurants, catering companies, and other wholesale distributors.

Situated on ±4.10 acres, 30240 Santucci Court, Suite 30240-30248 is ideally located next to I-880 via Industrial Parkway West. The property features include ±1,938 SF of office space, 21’ clear height, 7 dock high doors, 1 grade-level door, 2,000 amps, 120/208 volts and sprinklers throughout the facility.
