San Francisco – September 5, 2017 – Beckett Capital announces today that it has advised 490 Tanzanite, LLC on the leasing of its 490 Post Street parking garage, a four-level parking condominium comprising approximately 42,538 net square feet located in the Medico-Dental Building at 490 Post Street in San Francisco’s Union Square. The garage has a total capacity of over 210 vehicles.
The lessor was represented by David Noravian of Beckett Capital. The lessee, SF City Parking, LLC, represented themselves in the transaction.
SF City Parking, LLC signed a five-year lease at current market rates.
