Phase 1 of the campus will consist of 500,000 square feet of office and laboratory space and a 50,000-square-foot amenity center, both of which are slated for completion by the end of 2018.This spec building not only provides the flexibility and customization demanded by the growing biotech industry, but it also further validates San Francisco as a global leader in life science research, development and commercialization.
