Calix Takes 65,000 SQFT Property in San Jose, Relocates HQ from Petaluma

(EDITOR’S NOTE: According to public filings, the company has signed an 87-month lease for the 65,000 property at 2777 Orchard Parkway in San Jose. Calix will be paying a minimum of $3.227 million to lease the property in 2019, according to public documents, which comes to around $4.10 per square foot.

The property is part of a newly developed, two-building asset owned by South Bay Development Co., which is marketing it for sale. The other building, a 36,000 square-foot structure, is occupied by Mega Chips.)

Located at 2777 Orchard Parkway, the new Calix headquarters will feature 65,000 square feet of office space spread across two floors. Room enough for more than 300 employees from all functions in the business.
