Catalent to Lease 20,000 SQFT at EmeryStation West in Emeryville

EMERYVILLE, CALIF. (October 15, 2018) – Wareham Development announced that it has executed a lease for 20,000 square feet of the newly-constructed 265,000 square foot EmeryStation West laboratory/office/transit project at its EmeryStation research campus in Emeryville.

Catalent, an international drug development and manufacturing company with an existing Bay Area presence, will take half of the 4th floor with an anticipated move-in late 1Q 2019.
