San Francisco – June 20, 2011 – CBRE Group, Inc.’s (CBRE) Capital Markets group is adding depth to its San Francisco Bay Area multifamily investment sales team. Jordan Moss has joined the CBRE Multi-Housing Group as a First Vice President, partnering with Senior Vice President William Huberty. Mr. Moss has joined CBRE from Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) where he directed the firm’s Northern California Multifamily practice.

Moss brings to CBRE over 10 years of multifamily brokerage and acquisitions experience. Throughout his career he has closed in excess of $1 billion of transactions. Prior to joining JLL he cofounded San Francisco-based Westbridge Properties, where he focused on multifamily capital raising and directed the firm’s Western US acquisitions efforts.
