CBRE's preliminary third-quarter figures put Amazon's renewal and expansion at 525 Market St. at 210,000 square feet, about 90,000 square feet below the footprint first reported in August, ranking the deal second among the quarter's largest San Francisco office transactions as AI demand pulls citywide vacancy down to 28 percent.
