The current office market expansion cycle (2010-2016) has solidified San Francisco as a premier global investment market that is on pace to accumulate $28 billion in office sales volume. This is the larges sales volume of any previous sales cycle and equivalent to all office sales between 1995 and 2009. Investor demand for office product in San Francisco has pushed Class A average sales price per sq. ft. to $787, an increase of 75% during the past three years.
