EL SEGUNDO, CA (February 11, 2020) – CenterCal Properties LLC., a full-service retail real estate company with properties throughout the western United States, is proud to announce the opening of 3060 Fillmore Street in the heart of San Francisco’s vibrant Cow Hollow neighborhood. The boutique development project encompasses three high-profile tenants, which were strategically selected to meet the needs and desires of the community: cult-favorite fitness studio, Rumble Boxing; critically acclaimed fast casual restaurant chain, Shake Shack; and San Francisco-based MINA Group’s wellness market and café, INDIE SUPERETTE.

“This is a project we have been working on for a very long time, and we are excited to finally be able to share it with the public. 3060 Fillmore features a complementary mix of unique, new-to-market tenants that we believe will be very successful in the Cow Hollow community,” said Alec Paddock, Development Manager at CenterCal Properties, LLC.

Conveniently located at the bustling corner of Fillmore and Filbert Streets, the roughly 11,000-square-foot, three-tenant development enjoys outstanding visibility in the heart of Cow Hollow. The neighborhood is well known for its emphasis on health and wellness, with a robust collection of lively restaurants, eateries, and upscale fitness studios on every block. The 3060 Fillmore Street development is now open in Cow Hollow, encompassing:

  • Rumble – Rumble Boxing is a high-energy, 45-minute all-level boxing and strength training workout, which has gained popularity throughout the Bay Area since its inception in 2017. Including Rumble’s second fitness concept, Rumble Training (a high-intensity treadmill and strength workout), Rumble Boxing Marina serves as Rumble’s fourth Bay Area studio, presenting guests with a vigorous boxing-inspired workout and luxurious amenities.
  • Shake Shack – Shake Shack’s first location in San Francisco spans 3,700 square feet, serving 100% all-natural beef burgers including the Northern California-exclusive Golden State Double burger featuring Richards Grassfed Beef, chicken sandwiches, griddled flat-top dogs, fresh-made frozen custard, crispy crinkle cut fries and more. In addition to its classics, the Cow Hollow Shack presents a selection of frozen custard concretes from local purveyors, that are exclusive to the Cow Hollow location, and boasts a communal outdoor patio with ample seating for guests.
  • INDIE SUPERETTE – CenterCal partnered with San Francisco-based MINA Group, helmed by award-winning chef Michael Mina, to fulfill the Cow Hollow community’s need and desire for a boutique grocery store. The result is INDIE SUPERETTE, a wellness market and café custom-created for the location. Catering to the wellness-minded and fitness-enthused, INDIE SUPERETTE offers the best of a neighborhood grocer, presenting delicious plant-based fare, fresh produce, and curated specialty grab-and-go sundries.
