- INDIE SUPERETTE – CenterCal partnered with San Francisco-based MINA Group, helmed by award-winning chef Michael Mina, to fulfill the Cow Hollow community’s need and desire for a boutique grocery store. The result is INDIE SUPERETTE, a wellness market and café custom-created for the location. Catering to the wellness-minded and fitness-enthused, INDIE SUPERETTE offers the best of a neighborhood grocer, presenting delicious plant-based fare, fresh produce, and curated specialty grab-and-go sundries.
