DCI welcomes Colin O’Connell as a Senior Project Manager in the San Francisco office. Colin comes from Cushman & Wakefield’s Client Solutions group and previously Swinerton Builders – San Francisco Bay Area. A San Francisco native, product of St. Ignatius College Preparatory and Purdue University, Colin will lead the continued growth of the project management teams for DCI’s commercial division.
Colin brings to DCI experience in complex projects for educational institutions (campus buildings at the University of California at San Francisco) and city government agencies (San Francisco Mayor’s Office of Housing). His background involves working with both private and public entities such as the Chevron Corporation, Pacific Gas & Electric, Federated Department Stores, and the Marriott Corporation. Notable projects in his portfolio include Chevron Aviation Jet “A” Fuel Farm Facility, Bloomingdales West Coast Flagship Store, QB3 University of California San Francisco – California Institute for Quantitative Biosciences, and 990 Polk Senior Apartments (built in partnership with the Tenderloin Neighborhood Development and Citizens Housing Corporation).
Colin holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction Management from Purdue University.
