Office tenants increased their footprint in the I-680 Corridor in Q2 2025 Walnut Creek – August 20, 2025 – CBRE announced it arranged the 16,466 square foot lease at 7133 Koll Center Parkway in Pleasanton on behalf of Comtel Systems Technology, a Beacon-owned company.
