New York – Cushman & Wakefield, the world’s largest privately held commercial real estate services firm, today announced that Sunil Das has joined the firm as the global account lead for Symantec.
Sunil Das, MCR.h, joins the firm as a Managing Director to assume client service responsibilities for Symantec, which required multiple service delivery in 36 countries. Mr. Das most recently served as Director of Workplace Transformation & Services at Intel. Mr. Das has more than 20 years of experience in global real estate, site selection, construction, operations, incentive negotiations, workplace transformation and general management. Mr. Das is based in San Jose.
C&W hired Sunil Das to replace Roger Gonzalez who has been promoted to Senior Managing Director, U.S. Head of Facilities Management. Mr. Gonzalez’s newly created leadership position reflects continued business momentum and the firm’s commitment to invest and grow its capabilities serving major global and national corporate clients.
