Aetypic introduces two recent additions as Senior Architects, David Tritt and W. Gary Lamb. Under the leadership of Mark Steppan, Director of Architecture/Operations, the trio establishes a formidable and experienced team with over 90 years focused on California residential and commercial projects.
David Tritt, AIA, NCARB
David Tritt has over 30 years of professional experience as an architect with extensive experience in a variety of project types including the multi-family housing, higher education and civic and institutional market sectors. David is a natural collaborator and brings value to project teams through his ability to maintain the vision of a project as it develops into its architectural form. David has designed of several award-winning projects including the Oriental Warehouse Lofts on the San Francisco waterfront.
W. Gary Lamb, AIA
Gary Lamb is an award-winning senior architect with over 20 years experience in all facets of the architecture and interiors profession. Gary’s positive attitude and dedication to the community have garnered recognition for his creative approach to diverse projects which include historic preservation, adaptive reuse, urban infill, interior architecture, financial institutions, retail centers, single & multi-family residential, mixed-use, restaurants, and schools. Gary has exceptional design and management skills providing the base for successful working relationships and projects; he applies marketing and business expertise to advance goals while keeping a focused eye on the project vision.
