BURLINGAME, CA – DTZ Retail – Terranomics, a dominant retail services provider in Northern California, announces the following recent transactions:

Lowe’s Home Improvement Sells Excess Properties in CA and NV
Lowe’s Home Improvement has sold two excess properties located in central California and west Nevada. Lowe’s sold a ±12.04 acre site comprised of a freestanding ±139,530 square foot retail building at 1301 West Pacheco Boulevard in the Stone Creek Plaza shopping center in Los Banos, CA. Lowe’s had shut down operations here in late 2011. Lowe’s also sold a ±12.09 acre site composed of a freestanding ±177,809 square foot retail building at 2450 Oddie Boulevard in the Silverada Shopping Center in Sparks, NV. The store was closed shortly after in early 2012. The sites were sold to separate investor/developer buyers which are expected to demise and reposition the properties. The Habit Burger Grill Opening New Restaurant in Pinole, CA
The Habit Burger Grill will be opening a new restaurant location in Pinole, CA. The Habit leased 2,450 square feet at the Pinole Gateway shopping center owned by Thomas Properties. The Sprouts-anchored center is positioned along both sides of Pinole Valley Road near downtown, just off of Interstate 80. The JCB by Jean-Charles Boisset Tasting Lounge Opens at The Ritz-Carlton, San Francisco
The new luxurious JCB by Jean-Charles Boisset Tasting Lounge officially opened in lobby of The Ritz-Carlton hotel in San Francisco. Located in 360 square feet of space, The JCB Tasting Lounge offers wine tastings and lite, Boisset designed jewelry and accessories, as well as Baccarat, Goyard and Christofle goods. Combining two luxury icons – The Ritz-Carlton, San Francisco and Jean-Charles Boisset – this ultra-chic tasting lounge creates an unparalleled wine experience. Designed by Jean-Charles Boisset and Joshua Rowland Interiors, Inc., the venue is perfect for private dinners and intimate gatherings The Ritz-Carlton is located at 600 Stockton Street and is owned by Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, LLC. Rhonda Diaz Caldewey of DTZ Retail – Terranomics represented the Ritz-Carlton hotel, and property owner Thayer Lodging, and Boisset USA in meeting the high level standards of the group for the right match.

Pool, Patio & More Property Sold in Campbell, CA for over $4 Million
Seasons Leisure, Inc. dba Pool Patio & More has sold its 5,750 square foot freestanding retail property at 1870 S. Bascom Avenue in Campbell, CA to another owner/user for $4,025,000. The existing Pool Patio & More store recently closed operation at the property located directly across from the Pruneyard. Mike Costa with DTZ Retail – Terranomics in collaboration with Mark Dowling of DTZ represented the seller in the transaction.

Flywheel to Sport new NorCal Location in Walnut Creek, CA
Flywheel Stadium Cycling has signed a lease for 4,474 square feet of space for a new indoor studio at 1375 N. Main Street in downtown Walnut Creek, CA. The property is owned by Stow Partners. Flywheel also offers its FlyBarre concept, a total body sculpting element to complement its Flywheel cycling classes. Currently located in several major cities across the U.S. and in Dubai, this will be Flywheel’s second location in Northern California, with the other in Silicon Valley. Tabla Flavours Joining Revamped Tenant Roster at Shoreview in San Mateo, CA
Tabla Flavours has leased 2,531 square feet of inline space for a new restaurant at the Shoreview Shopping Center in San Mateo, CA. Tabla, which is also located in Foster City, is taking over the former Shoreview Café space. Located at E. Third Avenue and S. Norfolk Avenue, Shoreview is a neighborhood shopping center that will soon be anchored by a new Chavez Supermarket that is opening in the former Key Market space. The center is owned by Culligan Partners, L.P. Drew Greenspan and Todd Oliver with DTZ Retail – Terranomics represented the landlord in the transaction.

Starbucks Opening New Location at Renovated Homestead Square in Cupertino, CA
Starbucks will soon be opening a brand new full service café in Cupertino, CA. Starbucks leased 2,265 square feet of end cap space in the newly renovated and Safeway-anchored Homestead Square shopping center located at the SWC Homestead Road and De Anza Boulevard. The property is owned by Sobrato Interests. This location adds to strong growth the popular coffee retailer continues to demonstrate across the greater Bay Area. Sacramento Valley’s Rocky Ridge Town Center Adding Buck & Sadie’s
Buck & Sadies Angus Burgers & Wings will be opening a new 2,899 square foot restaurant at the Rocky Ridge Town Center in Roseville, CA. Rocky Ridge is a high-image, Class A community center located at 2000-2030 Douglas Boulevard (SEC Douglas Boulevard and Rocky Ridge Drive), positioned across from Kaiser Permanente Hospital. The center is owned by Fulcrum Capital Corp. and features tenants such as BevMo!, Macaroni Grill and Starbucks. Wingstop is all Go for New Summer Expansion in Sacramento Valley, CA
Wing Stop has leased 2,250 square feet of end cap space for a new restaurant location at the Rocklin Crossings shopping center in Rocklin, CA. Located at SEC Sierra College Boulevard and Interstate-80, Rocklin Crossings is new Wal-Mart anchored power center owned and developed by Donahue Schriber. Wingstop is scheduled to open at the center, which is still partially in development, this summer. Blair Wheatley and James Teare, CRX, CLS with DTZ Retail – Terranomics represented the tenant.

Supercuts Opening New Salon at Madrone Village in Morgan Hill, CA
Supercuts has leased 1,502 square feet of inline space for a new hair salon at Madrone Village shopping center in Morgan Hill, CA. Located at NWC Madrone Parkway and Cohrane Road, Madrone Village is a recently constructed community center featuring an elegant rural facade and is owned/developed by Toeniskoetter Real Estate and Investment Management. The center’s key tenants include other national shop tenants such as Chipotle, Five Guys Burgers and Fries, Yogurtland, Peet’s and AT&T.
