Erin Bourne Joins Cresa San Francisco as Consulting Services Advisor

SAN FRANCISCO — Erin Bourne has joined the Cresa San Francisco office as a Consulting Services Advisor. Bourne, a resident of Oakland with eight years of experience in urban planning, architecture, and graphic design, will provide facilities development and real estate planning services for several of Cresa’s national and regional accounts, working with the firm’s Corporate Consulting Services Group.

Prior to joining Cresa, Bourne served as a Federal / Urban Planner at AECOM (formerly EDAW and DMJM H&N) in San Francisco and as Urban Designer at WRG Design in Portland. In these capacities, she specialized in all aspects of the planning process, including the framing of studies, model development and analytics, scenario development and evaluation, presentation development, and the preparation of deliverables.

Bourne, who is LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified, is a member of the San Francisco Planning & Urban Research Association, the Urban Land Institute, CoreNet, and the American Planning Association. She received a BS in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MS in Land Use and Environmental Planning from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.
