What type of conversational cocktails are you serving at work, at home, during leisure activities and during your programs and services? Speed-networking transactional experiences that result in a temporary buzz and FOMO? Connections to tribe experiences that produce brain hijacks because you exclude some and include others? Experiences where participants hear and speak words that reach into their deepest beings releasing dopamine, serotonin and oxytocin—brain-bonding neurochemicals?
Each of these types of dialogue experiences create a flood of brain chemistry. In short, these conversations can either hinder or foster your customers’ learning and community building—they trigger specific types of chemical reactions in their brains.
In this Wellness Wednesday webinar, we’ll learn about Level 3 conversations, which engage the brain’s prefrontal cortex, enabling trust and good judgement as well as reducing fears. After this webinar, you’ll be able to identify and practice the three types of conversations and the alchemy each has on our brains.
