BOMA SF: BOMA International Annual Conference & Expo

Due to ongoing concerns about COVID-19, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 BOMA International Conference & Expo that was to be held in Philadelphia on June 27–30. Our primary concern is for the health and safety of our members, conference attendees, exhibitors and staff.
If you made a hotel reservation at the Marriott Philadelphia Downtown through BOMA’s housing service, your reservation will be automatically cancelled. If you reserved a hotel room outside of BOMA’s room block, whether at the Marriott or another hotel, you will need to cancel it.
While the in-person event in Philadelphia may be cancelled, our plans to provide a venue for relationships, conversations, learning and connecting are not. We are excited to announce a virtual 2020 BOMA International Conference & Expo will be held live via webcast on July 7–9.
This first-of-its-kind three-day virtual event will include 20 sessions led by expert speakers, a virtual exhibit hall featuring commercial real estate’s top solution providers, and a new focus on the impact of the COVID-19 crisis and strategies for moving forward. The virtual event will also include the much-anticipated BOMA International TOBY Awards celebration.
While BOMA 2020 will be held live and online, an added benefit is that all sessions will be recorded and available on-demand after the event in case you miss one, and the exhibit hall will remain open after the live event dates as well. The $225 registration fee includes live and on-demand access to all sessions, the exhibit hall and the TOBY Awards. Please stay tuned for more information about the virtual 2020 BOMA International Conference & Expo in the coming days. In the meantime, we are pleased to present the following options for you:
- You may receive a FREE registration for the virtual conference on July 7–9 and apply the registration fee you paid for the Philadelphia event to next year’s BOMA International Conference & Expo, being held July 18–21, 2021 in Boston, MA.
- You may apply $225 of the registration fee you already paid to attend the Philadelphia event to the virtual conference on July 7–9, and the remaining balance will be refunded to you.
- You may receive a full refund of the registration fees you paid to attend the event in Philadelphia.
