CoreNet Global: Caregiving – Creating an Inclusive Workplace For All – Discussion

April 14 @ 8:00 am 5:00 pm PDT

We’ve talked a lot about equity and social challenges that took place during COVID. Yet one area we often overlook is the discussion of people who care for others while they try to work and continue to grow their career. And as corporate real estate professionals, we may have experienced directly or have been impacted by caregiving inequality in the workplace.

We hope this discussion will bring to light the current inequities and how they impact us whether we’re a caregiver or not. We have assembled a group of caregivers from differing stages to enable an open discussion amongst attendees. Moderated by a premier leader in the childcare industry, Fran McIntyre will lead the panel and us in dialogue as we navigate through this often-overlooked topic.

Moderator – Fran McIntyre
Founder & Managing Director, Pendulum Dependent Care Solutions

Fran McIntyre founded Childrens’ Creative Learning Centers (CCLC) in 1992, motivated by her passion for providing working parents and employees with the best benefits possible to maintain a healthy work-life balance with their families. In this role, she worked side-by-side with HR teams across multiple companies to successfully execute the design and implementation of on-site child care centers, as well as develop long-term strategies to provide optimal benefits to their employees.

With over 30 years of experience in early childhood education, Fran remains dedicated to developing both corporate childcare programs and working alongside HR professionals, helping them create the most valuable benefits for their employees.

In 2015 Fran founded her consulting firm, Pendulum Dependent Care Solutions. She utilizes her years of experience and passion for advising both HR and Early Childhood Education professionals to ensure that they provide the highest quality offering.
