Workplace Trends and the Future of Work
This is collaborative industry association event of Bay Area Corporate Real Estate and Facility Management Organizations.
The workplace landscape has changed. At this event, you will hear about the latest findings of global research study on agile work, telework, telecommuting , hoteling, desk sharing, virtual work, workplace well-being among other workplace strategies. The speaker will cover future of workplace experience and tie it to business outcomes.
After the presentation, a panel composed of leaders of Bay Area corporate real estate and facility management organizations will participate in a discussion to be moderated by Emily Ransone. To raise the level of awareness for the attendees, the panelists will provide a brief introduction of the mission of their organization. After this, they will share their perspective on the future of work from the lens of what is relevant to their respective membership bases. Being that this is the first time we are holding a joint meeting of the most prominent CRE and FM organizations, the subject of cross-pollination and collaboration can be explored during the panel discussion.
Speaker: Kate Lister
Kate is one of the leading voices in the future of work. She partners with a handful of top industry players to advance thought leadership on workplace trends. Her company, Global Workplace Analytics, is a research-based consulting firm that helps employers and communities create and communicate workplace and workforce practices that optimize employer, employee, and environmental outcomes.
Kate is a highly regarded speaker and writer. She has written or co-authored five business books, numerous white papers, and scores of articles for major media outlets.
