Join us in a special joint event with the three Bay Area CREW Chapters (East Bay, Silicon Valley & San Francisco) in a discussion with CREW Networks 2021 President, Tiffany English, Principal at Ware Malcomb. Tiffany and the Bay Area CREW Chapter Presidents, Marilyn Hansen, CREW East Bay; Nathan Donato-Weinstein, CREW Silicon Valley; and Lada Kocherovsky, CREW San Francisco, will be discussing CREW’s vision for commercial real estate and what CREW Network and the local chapters have planned for the year and what they are doing to further women and diversity in the industry.

Tiffany English, LEED AP
Tiffany English is Principal for the San Diego Offices for Ware Malcomb. Ware Malcomb is an award-winning international design firm, providing planning, architecture, interior design, graphic design and civil engineering services for commercial and corporate clients worldwide. Established in 1972, the firm has 23 offices throughout the United States and in Canada, and Mexico. Tiffany has more than 24 years of industry experience. Tiffany has won various industry awards, most recently, Globe St.’s Best Bosses of 2020, San Diego Business Journal’s Most Influential Business Leaders and Daily Transcript’s Most Influential Women Leaders in San Diego 2019. Tiffany was also named one of Southern California’s Most Powerful Women in Commercial Real Estate by Real Estate Forum in 2017, Connected Women of Influence “Women’s Advocate of the Year” in 2015, CREW San Diego Chapter’s Most Deals Done in 2011 and Networker of the Year in 2010, CREW Connections’ Most Deals Done in 2009, and was the recipient of YWCA San Diego County TWIN Award in 2008. Tiffany was recognized on the Engineering News Record (ENR) 20 Under 40 listing in 2011, and was also a finalist for the San Diego Business Journal’s Women Who Mean Business Award in 2013, 2011 and 2009. In addition, she has authored numerous industry articles published in trade and business journals. Tiffany also serves on the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network’s Global Board of Directors and will serve as the Global President in 2021.
At San Jose’s Office of Economic Development, Nathan Donato-Weinstein engages with companies, real estate developers and brokers to facilitate opportunities for growth in San Jose, Northern California’s largest city. He brings expertise in land use, permitting, and city and state business assistance programs. Nathan was a journalist for 10 years before joining the city in 2016, reporting for the last half-decade on commercial real estate in Silicon Valley. He was CREW SV’s Director of Programs before becoming President Elect in 2020.
Lada Kocherovsky, AIA
Lada Kocherovsky is a Principal at Page & Turnbull, an architecture, design, planning and preservation firm in California with offices in San Francisco, Los Angeles and Sacramento. Noted for her ability to lead innovative integration of new architecture into existing structures and settings, Lada excels in creating communicative and integrated teams, with powerful results proven by numerous multi-disciplinary projects, including the Martial Cottle Park Visitor Center in San Jose, the Social Hall and Crocker Dining Hall at Asilomar State Park in Pacific Grove, and the $110 million Walt Disney Family Museum in the Presidio of San Francisco. Lada’s projects range from major commercial and institutional adaptive re-use to feasibility studies, programming and planning analyses, and design of commercial interiors. Civic work includes restoration, adaptive re-use and rehabilitation for historic campus projects at University of California at Berkeley and Stanford University.
Marilyn specializes in investment and lease advisory for office and retail properties in the Bay Area. She represents her client’s with superior market intelligence, up-to-date industry knowledge, strategic location planning, property acquisition and disposition. A commercial real estate broker with over thirty years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry, Marilyn has assisted national, regional, sellers, buyers and local landlords & tenants with their real estate needs throughout the greater Bay Area. She provides her clients with the most comprehensive service available. Prior to joining TRI Commercial, Marilyn was with Colliers International and Grubb & Ellis.
