ULI San Francisco’s popular Boardroom After Dark dinner series continues into its fifth season! We invite you to get up-close-and-personal with some of the most dynamic and engaging real estate and land use leaders who are making things happen in the San Francisco Bay Area. Join these leaders for an intimate dinner with only eleven other land use professionals.
Dinners are held between 5:30 pm – 8:00 pm in a private dining room at Palio (640 Sacramento St, San Francisco, CA 94111).
About the Speaker
Mary Corley has been a longtime ULI member, having been involved in ULI for the past 29 years. She, in partnership with Doug Abbey, Steve Chamberlin, and Ron Nahas, created ULI’s popular UrbanPlan program. Ms. Corley sits on the Executive Board of the ULI San Francisco District Council.
As Senior Vice President and Director of Business Development for Rosen Consulting Group, Ms. Corley draws on her knowledge of macro and local economies, affordable housing, and land use policy. Ms. Corley’s industry knowledge includes research on macro and local economics, affordable housing, and land use policy. She is the team lead for business development and client management, research collaborations and partnerships.
Prior to RCG, Ms. Corley was responsible for equity capital raising for BRIDGE Housing Corporation and served as Executive Director for the University of California, Berkeley’s Fisher Center for Real Estate & Urban Economics Policy Advisory Board. She has co-authored and contributed to research on California housing markets, capital markets and the California economy. She began her professional career as an aide to Lt. Governor Leo T. McCarthy.
Ms. Corley received a Master in City Planning from U.C. Berkeley and a B.A. in Sociology with an emphasis in Urban Studies from San Francisco State University. In addition to being an active member of the Urban Land Institute, she serves as membership co-chair of Lambda Alpha International – Golden Gate Chapter. She also currently serves on the advisory board of the Chamberlin Family Foundation.
