Managing Director, Head of Investment Research, Clarion Partners LLC
Tim Wang is a Managing Director and the Head of Investment Research at Clarion Partners. He helps manage the firm’s $45.6 billion of commercial real estate investments, and leads the Research group in supporting the development of investment strategy and advising on portfolio strategy through proprietary analytics and econometric forecasting. He joined the firm in 2006 and is a member of Clarion Partners’ Investment Committee. He is a frequent guest speaker at real estate investment conferences, has published numerous real estate research articles, and has co-authored five real estate strategy books, including Active Private Equity Real Estate Strategy (2009), Guide to U.S. Real Estate Investing (2009), Emerging Market Real Estate Investment: Investing in China, India, and Brazil (2010), Inside the Real Estate Fund Investor (2011), and Real Estate Mathematics (2011). He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and currently serves on the PREA Research Committee (as Chair), the NCREIF Research Committee, and the Real Estate Research Institute Advisory Board. He holds an MBA from New York University and a Ph.D. from the University of Georgia.

Adam Ruggiero is a Managing Director with MetLife Investment Management (MIM). Since 2019 he has served as MIM’s Head of Client Solutions, working with teams across MIM Real Estate to develop investment strategies designed to meet the individual and collective needs of our clients. Joining MIM in 2015, he served as MIM’s Head of Real Estate Research from 2016 – 2019. Prior to joining MIM, he occupied several roles at PGIM Real Estate in strategy development, asset management, and portfolio management. Adam is a member of the Urban Land Institute and serves on the Publications Committee of the Pension Real Estate Association
Global Head of Forecasting, Cushman & Wakefield
Rebecca Rockey is an economist and is the Global Head of Forecasting at Cushman & Wakefield. In her role, she studies how economies, demographics, financial markets and commercial real estate interact—both at the macro and micro level. She is responsible for the production of national/metro-level commercial real estate forecasts for various property types across the Americas, develops predictive econometric and statistical models to enhance the firms’ analytical capabilities and contributes to numerous white papers, webinars, media requests and presentations. In her global role, she extends this expertise to other regions.
Head of Research, Americas, Nuveen Real Estate
Melissa Reagen is Head of Americas Real Estate Research at TH Real Estate. This team supports all research and strategy related activities with a focus on developing regional and structural trends that inform long-term strategy across the Americas. Melissa was most recently the Head of Real Estate and Agricultural for MetLife Investment Management where she focused on developing and building out the firm’s real estate and agricultural research capabilities. Prior to MetLife, Melissa spent several years with Aberdeen Asset Management in Philadelphia as Head of Property Research for the Americas. Before joining Aberdeen, Melissa spent six years with the Research and Strategy team at LaSalle Investment Management in Chicago. Melissa earned her Master of Business Administration with concentrations in Finance, Econometrics and Statistics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of Chicago. Melissa is active in key industry associations such as NCREIF, NAREIM, ICSC and PREA.
