FivePoint Holdings Taps Shwetha Subramanian as Vice President of Residential Development and Planning

FivePoint Holdings announced that development veteran Shwetha Subramanian joined the firm as its vice president of residential development and planning. Subramanian manages the planning and vertical teams to ensure FivePoint developments are completed efficiently and to the firm’s high standards. Before joining FivePoint, she led the development of numerous projects in Brooklyn and Manhattan for Forest City. Prior to her career in managing developments, Subramanian was a practicing architect in Chicago.

Subramanian has a master of science degree in real estate development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a master of architecture degree in architecture and urban design from the University of Minnesota.
