Former JE Higgins Lumber Facility Sold to Mission Trading Company

April 2, 2012, Livermore – Michael Donnelly, Michael Carrigg and Michael Lloyd of Colliers International represented Douglas P. Wilson Company in this court approved receiver sale of the former JE Higgins Lumber facility. The Property, located at 6951 Southfront Road, Livermore was sold for $5,150,000.  Built in 2000, it is a newer, state of the art 71,680 square foot free-standing light Industrial building situated on 4.15 Acres in Livermore, California.  The Buyer, Mission Trading Company was represented by Mike Smith of Lee & Associates.
