Tenants to Elevate Popular Shopping and Dining Destination Come Spring 2017
SAN FRANCISCO (February 6, 2016) – Jamestown, LP, a leading national real estate investment and management firm, is pleased to announce four new tenants to the Fourth Street Berkeley expansion project, including lululemon, Marlowe, Project Juice and SoulCycle. The notable retailers will join tenants Madewell, Marine Layer and Stella Carakasi to make up the 22,500 square foot addition set to debut in April 2017.
Starting in April, the new retail expansion will welcome lululemon, providing technical athletic apparel for men and women; Project Juice, which offers certified organic cold-pressed juices, superfood smoothies, and grab-and-go meals; and SoulCycle, the popular fitness establishment. Additionally, the upcoming Fourth Street expansion will bring the first Bay Area location of the upscale and non-toxic nail salon, Marlowe. The new tenants will sit adjacent to the historic Spenger’s Fish Grotto restaurant, Anthropologie and Paper Source, located on the south end of the Fourth Street Berkeley shopping district.
The 22,500-square-foot expansion features multiple retail options ranging in size from 600 to 5,700 square feet along Fourth Street and Hearst Avenue, over 12,000 square-feet of flexible design office space, an active paseo walkway and 100 public parking spaces. With 88 percent of the retail spaces now leased, there are select tenant opportunities still available.
