Hines is moving its third generation into full command of the $91 billion global real estate firm, pairing Adam Hines with his sister, Laura Hines-Pierce, as co-CEOs on Jan. 1, 2027, while Jeffrey Hines steps back to chairman and the firm creates a president's post and a new external advisory board.
