Housing Groups Sue San Francisco and State to Void 1,900-Parcel Industrial Carve-Out From SB 79

Three pro-housing legal organizations have asked a San Francisco judge to void the city's Senate Bill 79 implementation ordinance, arguing that the roughly 1,900 industrially zoned parcels San Francisco walled off in SoMa, Bayview and Bayshore never carried the general plan designation state law requires for such an exemption.
