Hayward, Calif., July 25, 2017 – Colliers International announced today the disposition of a ±50,400 square foot industrial warehouse/manufacturing facility located at 1510 Zephyr Avenue in Hayward, CA by Impax Laboratories.
The property was acquired by 1510 Zephyr Ave, LLC. This freestanding building features heavy power, 22’-24’ minimum ceiling height, 5 dock-high doors, 1 grade level door, 3 rail served doors, and large side yard allowing the building to be expanded by approximately 30,000 square feet. The building benefits from excellent street frontage and convenient access to Interstate 880 via the Whipple Road interchange.
The new owner will use the building to accommodate their food distribution business. “The property is well suited for our clients’ needs and the building will be able to satisfy their growing business by providing expansion in the future,” said Chet Barney who along with Joe Yamin represented the buyer.
