WEST SACRAMENTO, CA – July 30, 2014 – Clark Pacific has recruited industry-veteran Terence Street to lead its Design-Build Services Division. Street will serve as the division’s strategic lead, bringing considerable expertise in broad construction management to Clark Pacific’s industry-leading precast concrete manufacturing and constructive solutions.

unnamed-1Clark Pacific is a long-time leading supplier of high-quality architectural and structural precast concrete constructive solutions. The company has gradually evolved its in-house capabilities to help owners, developers and project teams by assuming additional design and delivery responsibility for turnkey structures, whether under a campus architect or stand-alone. Parking structures provide an excellent opportunity to use Clark Pacific’s prefabrication technologies to achieve cost- and time-savings for project teams.

With the addition of Street, Clark Pacific now offers a broad array of services for building systems design and development, including preconstruction and design services, early GMP development, and with in-house steel fabrication and concrete services, turnkey delivery.

Street has an exemplary record of building construction companies and he is dedicated to helping bring ever-greater value for owners, developers and project teams in California through the turnkey application of factory-quality, highly cost-effective prefabricated solutions.

“We’re thrilled to have Terry lead our Design-Build Services Division,” said Don Clark, president of business development at Clark Pacific. “He has many years of experience in the industry, not only in construction but in banking and real estate, which gives him unique, broad-based knowledge that will help our customers achieve the best possible outcomes for their construction projects.” Clark Pacific recently delivered the precast concrete stadia for the new Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, as well as state-of-the-art parking structure systems for the San Jose International Airport Rent-a-Car facility and the recently completed parking structure at the Hoover Campus for the Stanford University Medical Center.

“It’s exciting to have the opportunity to help build a division like this from the ground up with such an outstanding organization,” said Street. “Clark Pacific has unparalleled manufacturing and design-build precast systems expertise, and its prefabricated systems approach to project delivery will change forever how California builds.”

“These guys delivered a knock-down beautiful 1200-stall parking structure for the Westfield mall in Roseville in just 5 months – from groundbreaking to turn-over,” he said. “That was extremely fast construction and a great value to the owner.  My goal is to deliver these fully prefabricated systems even better, faster, and at less cost for owners.”

Graduating from University of California at Davis in 1976 with a BS in Civil Engineering, Street began with Roebbelen Construction where he helped build the organization to a $300M player in the California construction industry.  Terry earned a strong reputation over the years of being a strong owner’s advocate and creating lasting relationships. Terry is a graduate of the Owner’s President Management Program at the Harvard School of Business. He is a registered Civil Engineer as well as a licensed general contractor with 35 of years of experience in the construction industry.
