SAN JOSE— Jeff Chestnut, a resident of San Jose, recently joined Cresa San Jose’s growing office as a financial analyst. Chestnut will provide financial modeling and analyses to help local real estate tenants understand their options and make informed decisions.
Prior to joining Cresa, Chestnut served as an accounting assistant at Chestnut Construction in Tucson, Ariz., and he also worked at CB Richard Ellis in Tucson.
Chestnut received a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Regional Development from the University of Arizona, where he was a member of the Phi Gamma Delta Fraternity.
