Jennifer Morse Named Vice President of Purchasing for Landsea Homes’ Northern California Division

Landsea Homes Corporation (Nasdaq: LSEA) (“Landsea Homes” or the “Company”), a publicly traded residential homebuilder, announced today that Jennifer Morse has been named Vice President of Purchasing for the Company’s Northern California division. In this role, she will be responsible for all division purchasing activities and manage the process from product development through construction.

“Jennifer has extensive knowledge of the homebuilding industry, strong communication skills and previous management experience that makes her perfectly suited to serve as Vice President of Purchasing,” said Josh Santos, Northern California Division President, Landsea Homes. “I am proud to welcome her to the team and know that she will play a large part in the company’s success by overseeing vital processes and adding tremendous value to our operations.”

Morse joins Landsea Homes with more than 17 years of purchasing experience. Most recently, she served as Director of Purchasing for Bay Area-based homebuilder, Summerhill Homes. Prior to that, Morse worked in various capacities for other leading homebuilders including Comstock Homes, D.R. Horton, Taylor Morrison and William Lyon Homes.

“It is an honor to join the Landsea Homes team and serve at the new Vice President of Purchasing for the Northern California division. I look forward to helping the team ensure efficiency in all areas of the business so that our homebuyers can ‘live in their element’ as quickly as possible,” said Morse.

Last month, Landsea Homes began construction on model homes for two new neighborhoods, Island View and Waterside, within the Alameda Marina master planned community. Sales for Alameda Marina are expected to begin early next year. Other Bay Area communities currently selling by Landsea Homes include Verandah at Valley Oaks in Novato, Ellis in Tracy and Lavender in Sunnyvale.

Landsea Homes was named the 2022 winner of the prestigious Builder of the Year award, presented by BUILDER magazine. Through consecutive strategic moves, the Newport Beach-based home builder saw a historical year of transformation, which landed Landsea Homes the 47th spot on the coveted Builder 100 list, along with the Builder of the Year honors.
