SAN FRANCISCO, July 7, 2015 – As part of an ongoing effort to broaden the platform in the rapidly growing San Francisco Bay Area market, JLL announced today that Kristina Wollan has joined its Capital Markets team in San Francisco. As Senior Vice President, Wollan will work closely with Managing Directors Michel Seifer, Rob Hielscher, Erik Doyle, and Will Connors to facilitate and enhance the Northern California team’s client service offerings and foster new business opportunities.
“The Bay Area market is one of the most competitive in the country, with both domestic and international investors looking to either gain entry or expand their presence,” said Seifer. “Kristina’s depth of capital markets experience and focus on best-in-class client services will immediately add value to our existing clients, and help us further expand our market-leading Capital Markets platform in the region.”
Wollan brings more than 14 years of capital markets, investment banking and investment management experience across asset types. Wollan began her career at LaSalle Partners, where she spent ten years in the firm’s Capital Markets and Investment Management groups in Chicago, Los Angeles and San Francisco.
