JLL: Oakland Leasing Activity Driven by City Center District in Q2

Total Class A leasing activity was slightly higher than total Class B; however, Class B space in the City Center district was the strongest in Q2 with tenant relocations from eyes, lips, face (e.l.f.), Saybrook University and Barrett-Koehler Publishers.

In the coming quarters, Oakland City Center Class A space should drive leasing activity with the strong touring activity currently at 121 Broadway–the only large contiguous block of Class A space available in the City Center district.
